Commitment to Achieving Net Zero.

AgaMatrix Europe Ltd. is committed to achieving Net Zero greenhouse gas emissions by 2045, in line with NHS Net Zero Supplier Roadmap milestones. This Carbon Reduction Plan establishes a robust baseline for 2024 and outlines the key actions that will drive emissions reductions in alignment with UK Government PPN 06/21 requirements.

Emissions Reduction Targets

AgaMatrix Europe Ltd. intends to reduce its carbon intensity (tCO₂e/£m) by at least 10% by 2026 and achieve Net Zero by 2045. Interim targets include:

< 90 tCO₂e/£m turnover by 2026
Full Scope 3 category coverage by 2026

Completed Carbon Reduction Initiatives

The following measures are already in place:

Procurement of 100% renewable electricity, verified through REGOs (zero Scope 2 emissions)
Establishment of an annual GHG inventory and carbon intensity KPI
Waste diversion initiatives and partnership discussions with Approved Authorised Treatment Facilities (AATFs)
Promotion of remote working and digital collaboration to minimise business travel
