A: No, ALLYcgm can be purchased privately through our website, without needing to get a prescription from a healthcare professional. However, you should always consult a healthcare professional if you need medical advice.

Q: Can I travel with ALLYcgm?

A: Absolutely! You can take your ALLYcgm with you when you travel.

Q: What is your sensor replacement policy?

A: We are confident that when used correctly you will have a positive experience with our CGM technology. It is important to note that our CGM sensors are single use, disposable supplies intended for up to 15 days of use before being discarded. Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns for temperature-sensitive medical items, except where theproduct is faulty, damaged, or not as described. Q: Can I shower, bathe or swim while wearing ALLYcgm?

A: Yes, all three! ALLYcgm may be submerged in up to 1m of water for up to 24 hours.

Q: What kind of phone do I need for the app?

 A: To install and use the app on a smart device, the following minimum system requirements must be met: Android 8.0 or higher, iOS 13.2 or higher.
