Warranty Policy – ALLYcgm

The quality and performance of the sensor are guaranteed while the sensor remains within its expiration date.

The sensor will not be covered under warranty in the following circumstances:

  • The sensor has exceeded its expiration date.
  • The sensor is operating as specified.
  • A failure occurred due to the use of a mobile device or operating system version that is not verified as compatible with the ALLYcgm app.
  • The issue resulted from user error or negligence, including failure to follow the provided instructions for use.
  • The sensor is a warranty replacement that exceeds the remaining validity period of the original sensor.

Example: If the original sensor failed after 10 days of use and was replaced under warranty, the replacement sensor is only covered for the remaining 5 days of the original sensor’s validity.

Note: When a replacement sensor functions beyond the original sensor’s remaining warranty period, the additional days of operation may be used as warranty credit. This credit can be applied to cover early failure of a future purchased sensor.

 

Returns Policy – Temperature Sensitive Medical Products

 

Exemptions from Returns:

Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns for temperature-sensitive medical items, except where the product is faulty, damaged, or not as described.

 

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Products requiring controlled temperature storage.
  • Items with a defined shelf life or expiry date.
  • Products that may degrade or lose efficacy if storage conditions are compromised.

 

Why This Policy Exists:

These items are classified as perishable under UK consumer law due to their sensitivity to environmental conditions. Once dispatched, we cannot guarantee that returned items have been stored appropriately, and therefore cannot resell or redistribute them safely.

Your Rights:

If your item is:

  • Faulty
  • Not as described
  • Delivered in error

Please contact our customer service team within 14 days of receipt. We will arrange a replacement, refund, or repair in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
